The Moorpark Symphony Orchestra presents "The Immigrant Composers," a powerful musical journey exploring how the American Experience shaped the music of three composers. Ernest Bloch, Antonín Dvořák, and Kurt Weill each came to America carrying the music, traditions, and experiences of another homeland. What they discovered here inspired works filled with hope, struggle, freedom, and possibility—music that speaks to the immigrant experience and to the continually evolving American identity.
